Key responsibilities of the Commis Chef will include:

  • Assisting all sections and preparing dishes to the required standard and specification
  • Minimising wastage at all times
  • Ensuring that kitchen stations are kept clean, safe and hygienic at all times
  • Preparing food for all food outlets including restaurant, bar and room service
  • Preparing and sending afternoon tea
