Key responsibilities of the Commis Chef will include:
- Assisting all sections and preparing dishes to the required standard and specification
- Minimising wastage at all times
- Ensuring that kitchen stations are kept clean, safe and hygienic at all times
- Preparing food for all food outlets including restaurant, bar and room service
- Preparing and sending afternoon tea
