Spine-chilling family fun can be had this October 31st at the Hair-Raisingly Horrible Halloween Hike in Hyde Park.

Luxury London hotel guests who attend this otherworldly outdoor event will be guided through the historic park in the early evening by a team from the Isis Education Centre, who will offer insights into the area's ghastly past.

Attendees can learn about the drowning of Percy Shelley's first wife, the history of Rotten Row and various characters who were executed at the Tybern Gallows, all accompanied by the eerie sounds of nocturnal wildlife.

The walk is suitable for anyone over the age of 12, and tickets for the event are expected to sell out fast.

Visitors wishing to see even more of the capital during their stay at The Chesterfield Mayfair Hotel can book the Cool Britannia Courtesy of the Chesterfield package.

This allows guests to enjoy a private two-hour guided tour of London in a vintage Mini Cooper, after which they will receive a toy Mini of their own to keep.
