The Rubens at the Palace is a stunning four star deluxe hotel located in London’s vibrant Victoria. This beautiful hotel property is renowned for its traditional and classic service within two restaurant areas - a great hotel to develop your career. The kitchen is searching for a Senior Chef de Partie to join this exciting and productive brigade.
You should have previous experience in a hotel or restaurant of a similar standard or have recently gained a qualification in food preparation or equivalent. You must be a great teamworker and be able to communicate fluently in English. Experience of working in a one or two rosette restaurant is key to this role.
Experience at Senior Chef de Partie level would be advantageous. You should have the drive to succeed and the passion for cooking with supervisory experience in both sauce and larder sections.
