Key responsibilities of the Bar person will include:
• To serve drinks, bar food and Afternoon Tea in the Calvary Bar and Palace Lounge to the required standard set by the hotel
• To maximise sales opportunities through up selling
• To be responsible for all cash and floats in your possession
• Keeping all health, safety and cleanliness standards to the highest level

The ideal candidate for this Bar person position should:
• Have previous experience in a similar role within a four star hotel
• Have sound knowledge of spirits, beers, wine, cocktails and coffee
• Communicate effectively in English
• Be able to work well under pressure
• Have a friendly, flexible and professional attitude
