For the third year running we are very proud to have received the "Award for Excellence" from The Tea Guild for an outstanding afternoon tea.

We take tremendous pleasure in serving the home made cakes and pastries prepared by Tom, our chef pâtissier. Choose from traditional afternoon tea, add a dash of Champagne, or indulge in our unique Chocolate Afternoon Tea, a sensational chocolate lovers’ feast.

Britain’s Tea Poet brings a unique blend of “poetea” to The Chesterfield Mayfair

Elizabeth Darcy-Jones, Britain’s Tea Poet, brings her unique form of “poetea” to our award winning afternoon tea. Whether you’re choosing a Lapsang Souchong, Earl Grey or Jasmine tea, Elizabeth has a special poem for each one and will charm and entertain, as you sup and sink in to freshly baked scones, pastries and sandwiches. From Saturday 14th January 2012, the Tea Poet will be in residence on the second Saturday of each month. Booking is advisable.

Flowering Tea Menu
Flowering teas are handpicked, premium white, green and black tea, hand sewn with cotton thread into bundles or rosettes by artisans throughout China.

Jin Shan Tien Hua
Jin Shan Tian Hua Green Tea offers a pale golden light liquor with subtle aromatic pine notes from the chrysanthemum flowers.

Black Beauty
Finest golden-tipped black tea with an exotic rose scent. The sensual amber-coloured liquor releases a superbly bold deep flavour

Lavender Dream
Awakes a rare white tea buds unfurl to reveal majestic red hibiscus petals. Crisp aromatic lavender flowers are released into the crimson hue.
