We take tremendous pleasure in serving the home made cakes and pastries prepared by Tom, our chef pâtissier. Choose from traditional cream tea, add a dash of Champagne, or indulge in our unique Chocolate Afternoon Tea, a sensational chocolate lovers’ feast.

Flowering Tea Menu
Flowering teas are handpicked, premium white, green and black tea, hand sewn with cotton thread into bundles or rosettes by artisans throughout China.

Midnight Peony
Black tea leaves from Yunnan province. The rich, russet hue releases a floral aroma with notes of wine and molasses.

Jade Fortune
When steeped, Jade Fortune slowly unfolds with the grace of leaves dancing in the water. This premium tea, a golden brew, yields a pleasing nutty aroma.

Emerald Sun
This white chrysanthemum flower wrapped in green tea imparts a clear jade colour with hints of apricot and floral sweetness.

Dragon Lily
When steeped, sprinkles of osmanthus petals surface and an orange lily blossoms. Flavours of velvety sweet apricots.
