Among the carefully selected vintages from some of the great names of the wine world you’ll also discover plenty of bottles that carry less prestige but provide their own special virtues, plus some intriguing wines you may never have encountered before.
William is particularly keen on encouraging guests to experiment with new wine experiences and we have a wide range available by the glass or half bottles. William now offers diners the opportunity to try his 'Flight of Wine'. This, three small glasses presented on an attractive vine support, is a fun way to taste and select, perhaps comparing an old favourite against the sommelier’s recommendations.
In line with its enthusiasm for fine wine, Red Carnation supports and works in close affiliation with the celebrated Bouchard Finalyson winery, makers of some of South Africa’s most distinguished wines, and The Chesterfield Mayfair is proud to present a range of these outstanding vintages.
