Unique Gin and Tonic Experience unveiled at The Terrace Bar

When you order a gin and tonic it is normally served in a highball glass and the only choice you make is whether to have ice and a slice.  This defeats the whole purpose of the distiller. Here at the Chesterfield Mayfair Hotel we have taken this evergreen classic and show how all the ingredients combine to create a range of flavours. 

Our resident mixologists will guide you through an innovative and exciting gin and tonic tour.  We have created 4 sensational menu tastings where you will have the opportunity to sample selected gins ranging from citrus to floral accompanied by your choice of tonic water pairings and garnishes.

Whisky Nosing and Tasting

We invite you to explore the art of the master distiller as our resident mixologists showcase the range of whiskies available in our Terrace Bar collection, with whiskies from around the world, also featuring the quality malt of Macalan paired with chocolate to enhance each of the whisky's characteristics.

Boasting the finest selection of Champagnes by the bottle and the glass, as well as our unique gin experience together with whiskies, cognacs, armagnacs and fine wines, enjoy our specially crafted Strawberry Molecular Champagne Cocktail for £17.00 per person. We are also offering a 100ml tasting of Brut Rose and White Lanson Champagne with a choice of 4 plate sharing stand from £30 per person during the Wimbledon period.
