  • Johnathan Raggett

    Managing Director for Red Carnation Hotels Jonathan Raggett

    Jonathan Raggett has worked in hotels since leaving Westminster College with a Higher National Diploma in Hotel Management. Jonathan joined RCH in 1998 as General Manager of The Rubens Hotel. In 2000 he was promoted to Managing Director, overseeing the rapid expansion to the thirteen international properties RCH now operate. In November 2009, Johnathan Raggett was delighted to be named Hotelier of the Year at the world-renowned Hotel Catey Annual Industry Awards organised by the Caterer & Hotelkeeper.

  • Oliver Raggett

    General Manager Oliver Raggett

    With over 20 years of hotel experience, many of which have been spent abroad in some of the finest hotels, in Australia, South Africa and Dubai, I returned to London in 1999 where I joined the Royal Garden Hotel as Rooms Division Manager. I joined the Milestone Hotel in August 2006 as Deputy General Manager. I was promoted internally to The Chesterfield Mayfair Hotel as General Manager in April 2007. My role along with the team is to ensure that you receive the very best standard of service and to make sure your stay is memorable.

  • Deputy General Manager Nick Davies

    I went to the Hereford College of Technology where I trained as a pastry chef . I started my career in 1994 at the Bath Spa Hotel in Bath as a commis waiter and moved onto a trainee management program, whereafter I soon became the F&B manager. After working at various country hotels in the position of F&B manager I moved to London as Operations Manager of the Halcyon Hotel in Holland Park where I also looked after the day to day running of Fawsley Hall in Northampton. In 2003, as Deputy General Manager, I helped to open the Grange City Hotel in Tower Hill. I then helped to open the Bentley Hotel in London, again as Deputy General Manager. Today I find myself at The Chesterfield Mayfair and am enjoying the challenge of working at this fantastic property.

  • Rooms Division Manager Michelle Devlin

    Having started my hospitality career as a trainee housekeeper, I have worked my way up the ladder to my current position as Rooms Division Manager. I was involved in the openings of Warner Holidays Resort, Bodelwyddan Castle and Littlecote House, setting up the housekeeping departments, then moved as Executive Housekeeper to Center Parcs Oasis at Whinefell Forest Cumbria.  I joined Red Carnation Hotels in 2005 as the Executive Housekeeper at The Chesterfield and was promoted last year to Rooms Division Manager. My aim is to make your experience at the hotel an unforgettable one and to ensure that every stay exceeds your expectations

  • Executive Head Chef Ben Kelliher

    London born and bred, my mission is to showcase the best my country has to offer, making use of key seasonal ingredients and ensuring we are getting the best raw ingredients possible.

    After working at some of London's top hotels, including the Marriott County Hall, I am pleased to be at The Chesterfield where I am happy to assist with any menu alterations and I am always open to suggestions. I also love meeting the people I am cooking for.

    Since graduating with a Bachelors in International Hospitality Management, I have gained fourteen years of experience in luxury London and country house hotels. I have worked in most areas of Hotels equipping me with the tools to exceed the expectations of our increasingly discerning clients.   • Front Office Manager Ben Seager

    I started my career at The Chesterfield as a Trainee Manager and in the past few years I have grown with the hotel and progressed through the ranks, first as a Reservations Supervisor, then as Manager. In this time I have come to know many of our guests as we look to add those personal touches from the reservations point of view. As I now take on my new role as Front Office Manager I look forward to welcoming each every one of you to your home away from home.

  • Food & Beverage Operations Manager Malcolm Eigner

    I joined Red Carnation Hotels in October 2006 working at bbar as assistant manager until March 2007, when I moved over to the hotels as a Management Programme participant. I have been fortunate enough to work in most of the London properties as well as Summer Lodge and the Acorn Inn in Dorset. I am very honoured to have been offered the role of Food and Beverage Operations Manager at The Chesterfield Mayfair where my team and I strive to offer exceptional service. "Great service is something else, it should be more or less invisible, except when you want it, and then of course it should be at your finger tips".
