    I joined the Chesterfield team in July 2006 having been at the Bath Spa Hotel for the past two years.  My work allows me to relish my passion for all things food and drink related and to lead a professional and experienced team in providing you with the very best of service and enjoyment.

    London born and bread, my mission is to show case the best my country has to offer, making use of key seasonal ingredients and ensuring we are getting the best raw ingredients possible.

    After working at some of London's top hotels including the Marriott County Hall I am pleased to be at the Chesterfield where I am happy to assist with any menu alterations and always open to suggestions, I also love meeting the people I am cooking for.

    I have been at the Chesterfield Mayfair as Restaurant Manager of Butler's Restaurant for the last 3 years, prior to this I was at the Savoy hotel for 7 years as Restaurant Manager.  Proud of serving our carvery and of course the best Dover sole in London and happy to recommend from our extensive selection of wines.  Together with my team, we look forward to welcoming you to our Butler's Restaurant and offering you first class service."

    I joined the Chesterfield in May 2006, having worked at Danesfield House in Marlow-on-Thames for the past eleven years. The aspect of my role that I enjoy the most is meeting the numerous hotel guests and non-residents that spend time in our Terrace Bar, recommending drinks, anticipating needs and creating a memorable atmosphere.
  • Sommelier Antoine Depierre

    I grew up in the French Alps but always wanted to travel. After Miami, Berlin and two years in Dubai I am now excited about settling in London.

    The Wine list is arranged by style where I am sure you will find your favorite, or why not venture out and try something a bit different?

    I have spent 16 years working in London hotels within various concierge departments. I joined The Chesterfield Mayfair in September 2000 where I worked my way up the concierge ladder and was promoted to Head Concierge in October 2006. It gives me great pleasure to lead my concierge team, who are fully committed in providing
    each individual guest with a warm, friendly and an attentive service.
