  • Head Concierge Darren Briggs

    I have spent 16 years working in London hotels within various concierge departments. I joined The Chesterfield Mayfair in September 2000 where I worked my way up the concierge ladder and was promoted to Head Concierge in October 2006. It gives me great pleasure to lead my concierge team, who are fully committed in providing each individual guest with a warm, friendly and attentive service.

  • Restaurant Manager Loris Lucchini

    I have been at The Chesterfield Mayfair as the Restaurant Manager of Butlers Restaurant for the last 3 years; prior to this I was at The Savoy Hotel for 7 years, also as Restaurant Manager. In 2008, I was awarded the prestigious title of 'Hotel Restaurant Manager of the Year' by The Caterer & Hotelkeeper, and in January 2009 I was short listed in the 'Best Front of House' category in the Tatler Restaurant Guide 2009, another great achievement. I always recommend our guests try the Cavalry or our Dover sole, which I think is the best in London! Together with my team, we look forward to welcoming you to Butlers Restaurant.

    Beverage Manager Armand Fasola

    I joined The Chesterfield Mayfair in May 2006, having worked at Danesfield House in Marlow-on-Thames for the previous eleven years. The aspect of my role that I enjoy the most is meeting the numerous hotel guests and non-residents that spend time in our Terrace Bar, recommending drinks, anticipating needs and creating a memorable atmosphere.

  • Sommelier Antoine Depierre

    I grew up in the French Alps but always wanted to travel. After Miami, Berlin and two years in Dubai, I am now excited about settling in London.

    The Wine list is arranged by style where I am sure you will find your favorite, or why not venture out and try something a bit different?

    Conference and Banqueting Manager Mustapha Zaghal

    I have worked in conference & banqueting for the past 20 years.  My role at The Chesterfield involves working closely with our events office to ensure that everything runs smoothly on the day for our guests.  I enjoy anticipating my guests’ needs and meeting their specific requirements so that their dinner, party or meeting with us is perfect and they want to return again.
