I joined Red Carnation Hotels in October 2006 working at bbar as assistant manager until March 2007, when I moved over to the hotels as a Management Programme participant. I have been fortunate enough to work in most of the London properties as well as Summer Lodge and the Acorn Inn in Dorset. I am very honoured to have been offered the role of Food and Beverage Operations Manager at The Chesterfield Mayfair where my team and I strive to offer exceptional service. I have been at The Chesterfield Mayfair as the Restaurant Manager of Butlers Restaurant for the last 7 years; prior to this I was at The Savoy Hotel for 7 years, also as Restaurant Manager. In 2008, I was awarded the prestigious title of 'Hotel Restaurant Manager of the Year' by The Caterer & Hotelkeeper, and in January 2009 I was short listed in the 'Best Front of House' category in the Tatler Restaurant Guide 2009, another great achievement. I always recommend our guests try the Cavalry or our Dover sole, which I think is the best in London! Together with my team, we look forward to welcoming you to Butlers Restaurant.

Originally from the French Alps, I studied in Lyon, hometown of great chefs like Paul Bocuse, Georges Blanc and Nicolas Lebec. I have worked for various prestigious establishments in Berlin, Miami and Dubai. My goal is to always look for great wines and get to know the winemakers to bring their love and passion to your table and be their ambassador.

I have worked in conference & banqueting for the past 20 years. My role at The Chesterfield involves working closely with our events office to ensure that everything runs smoothly on the day for our guests. I enjoy anticipating my guests’ needs and meeting their specific requirements so that their dinner, party or meeting with us is perfect and they want to return again.
