What are the check-in and checkout times?
Check-in at The Chesterfield Mayfair is from 2pm, and checkout is until 12 noon.

Will it be possible to check-in early?
Please be advised our standard check-in time is any time after 2pm. To guarantee an early check-in, it is necessary to book the previous night or contact our Reservations team to discuss availability for guaranteed early check-in for a fee on the day. You are welcome to leave your luggage free of charge in our luggage store prior to your check-in.

Is WI-FI available?
Wireless internet is available in all bedrooms and common areas, free of charge.

Do you have a gym at the hotel?
We don’t have a gym at the hotel, however, we have a partnership with Fitness First Berkley Square. You are able to use this gym whilst you stay with us and it is a two minute walk from the hotel. It is open from 6.30am until 9.00pm Monday to Friday and closed on weekends. 

What is the hotel smoking policy?
The Chesterfield Mayfair is a non-smoking property.

What is the dress code at the hotel and the restaurant?

At The Chesterfield Mayfair we do not operate any dress code. Most of our guests choose smart casual dress.

Can you arrange airport transfers?
Airport transfers from the hotel to the airport can be arranged through the Concierge at our hotel. Please note, these transfers are chargeable.

How do I get to Buckingham Palace?
Buckingham Palace is just a short walk from the Chesterfield Mayfair. Outside of the hotel, turn right and walk 100 yards to Berkeley Square, taking the second right turn into Berkeley Street and walk 200 yards to Piccadilly. Cross over the road and into Green Park. Buckingham Palace is across the park. 

Can you tell me about the latest passport/visa information for international travel?

What major credit cards are accepted?
All major credit cards are accepted including American Express, Visa, Mastercard, Diners Club, Switch, Delta and Solo.

How do I reserve my theatre tickets?
All theatre tickets can be purchased from our Concierge and are subject to availability. These tickets do have an added surcharge of 25% service & VAT added to them. 

What if I need to cancel or change my reservation?
All cancellations and changes must be notified to the hotel by 2pm on the day of arrival. For further details, please visit our booking terms page.

Where can I park my car?
There are several National Car Parks (NCP) locally. We advise driving to the hotel where our concierge can provide a valet service and will park your car for you. All charges for car parks can be added to your bill. For more information on daily rates please contact our Concierge team.

Can I bring my pet with me?
Pets are welcome in our guest bedrooms and a range of pet beds and menus are available, which can be arranged when making your reservation. Please ensure to give prior notification. Though a deposit is requested upon arrival in case of any damage caused, this will be returned to you at the end of your stay. For more information, please visit our pets page
